Terms and Conditions – dk1947 Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all references made in this document:

3.4 Account Ownership

5Deposits and Payments

All monetary transactions on dk1947 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your dk1947 account are processed only after KYC verification has been completed. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

6.1 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes of the request being submitted, 24 hours a day. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 8pm PKT. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for depositing whenever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. 6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

7Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dk1947 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including the Welcome Bonus, deposit reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and the Refer a Friend reward. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited as part of a promotional offer must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

Fraudulent referrals — referring fake accounts, self-referrals, or multiple accounts controlled by the same person — result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and permanent account closure.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

dk1947 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold winnings generated from bonus funds, and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using patterns of play designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.

8Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on dk1947, including cricket, football, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change after placement due to in-play events, but placed bets are locked at the stated odds.
• Bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error on dk1947's part may be voided at dk1947's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• For cricket, PSL matches abandoned due to weather with fewer than the minimum required overs bowled will be treated as void unless DLS method has been applied to a result. Specific rules for each tournament may vary and are published on the relevant betting page.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent abuse of delayed broadcast feeds. Bets placed using knowledge of outcomes from delayed streams are considered fraud and will be voided.
• dk1947 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or close accounts of players whose betting patterns suggest match manipulation knowledge or professional arbitrage activity.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your dk1947 balance automatically once the relevant market is settled. Most markets settle within 24 hours of match completion.

9Casino Games Rules

All casino games available on dk1947 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and RNG table games — are subject to the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules published in the relevant game interface:

• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term return and is not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or slot session, the round may be voided and stakes returned. dk1947 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Crash game outcomes — including Aviator and all other crash titles on dk1947 — are determined by provably fair algorithms. The outcome of any single round is independent of all previous rounds.

10Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage on dk1947.
• Collusion with other players — coordinating bets, sharing game outcomes in live play, or working together to exploit bonus structures or casino game mechanics.
• Money laundering — using dk1947 to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine betting and casino entertainment.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using payment accounts belonging to another person to deposit into your dk1947 account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another player's account in any capacity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which you have placed a bet through dk1947.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dk1947 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

11Account Suspension and Closure

dk1947 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request.
• Suspicious financial activity, including patterns consistent with money laundering.
• Verified underage play.
• Request by the account holder — you may close your dk1947 account at any time by contacting support@dk1947.bet.

On voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days. 15Amendments to These Terms

dk1947 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal compliance or to address a security issue.

16Governing Law and Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and dk1947 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
